These Terms of Sale govern the purchase of an Elementor MCP license through mcp-elementor.com.
The seller

The product
Elementor MCP is a WordPress plugin that connects the Elementor page builder to an AI assistant (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any other Model Context Protocol-compatible client) that you already use and pay for separately. Elementor MCP does not run or resell any AI model itself — it relays structured page-building instructions from your assistant into your Elementor editor.
Price and payment
The price is €9.99 per license. No VAT is charged, under the French micro-business exemption (Art. 293 B of the French General Tax Code). Payment is processed securely by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. You can buy several licenses in a single order by adjusting the quantity at checkout.
License terms
One license activates on one WordPress site: the key automatically binds to the first site that activates it and cannot be moved to another site afterwards. The license is granted for the lifetime of the product — a single payment, no renewal, no usage limit on the number of generations.
Delivery
Immediately after payment, your license key is shown on the confirmation page and sent to you by email, along with a direct download link for the plugin file. If you don't receive the email within a few minutes, check your spam folder or contact dev@mintfull.agency.
Right of withdrawal for digital content
Elementor MCP is digital content supplied on a durable medium immediately after payment. As an EU consumer, by requesting immediate access to your license and download link, you acknowledge that you lose the standard 14-day withdrawal right once delivery has started, in line with Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code. Instead, we offer the commercial guarantee described in our Refund Policy.
Support and updates
Your license includes email support at dev@mintfull.agency and every future update to the plugin, at no extra cost.
Liability
Elementor MCP builds page structures from the output of the AI assistant you connect. As with any code or design delivered by a contractor, you remain responsible for reviewing the result before publishing it on a live site.
Governing law
These Terms are governed by French law. Any dispute is handled amicably first — contact dev@mintfull.agency. Failing an amicable resolution, French courts have jurisdiction, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules of your own country of residence if you are an EU consumer.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms as the product or applicable law evolves. The version published on this page at the time of your order is the one that applies to it.
