Who is responsible for your data

What data we collect

We collect only what's needed to sell and support the plugin:

• Purchase: your email address, billing details and country, collected and processed by Stripe during checkout.
• License & usage: your license key, the WordPress site it's bound to, and a per-generation counter to enforce your plan. An optional short label you may attach to a generation (e.g. "hero-section") can be logged for support purposes.
• Support: whatever you include in an email to dev@mintfull.agency.

What we never collect

The AI assistant you use (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, or any other Model Context Protocol client) is yours — it runs and is billed independently of Elementor MCP. Your prompts, your mockups, and the AI's generated output never pass through or get stored on our servers; only the license check itself does. We also don't run analytics, advertising or tracking cookies on this website, which is why you won't see a cookie banner here — none is needed.

Why we process it (legal basis)

• Performance of the sale contract — license delivery, activation, support (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
• Legal obligation — invoicing and accounting records (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).
• Legitimate interest — preventing license key abuse and fraud (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).

Who we share it with

We use a small number of processors to run the service, and never sell your data to anyone:

• Stripe — payment processing (stripe.com/privacy).
• Neon — PostgreSQL database hosting (EU region), stores your license record and usage counters.
• Resend — sends your license key by transactional email.
• Vercel — hosts the mcp-elementor.com application.

How long we keep it

License and usage records are kept for as long as the license is active, then archived for the statutory accounting retention period (10 years for invoices under French commercial law). Support emails are deleted once no longer needed, generally within 2 years of the last exchange.

Your rights

Under GDPR (or the equivalent law where you live), you can request access to, correction of, deletion of, or a copy of your data, and object to or restrict how it's processed. Contact dev@mintfull.agency. If we can't resolve your request, you can lodge a complaint with your national data protection authority — in France, the CNIL (cnil.fr).

International transfers

Some processors (Stripe, Vercel) may process data outside the EU under adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses. The database used for this service is hosted in the EU (Frankfurt region).
