The guarantee
If Elementor MCP isn't right for you, email dev@mintfull.agency within 14 days of your purchase and we'll refund you in full — no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Send an email to dev@mintfull.agency from the address you used to purchase, mentioning your license key or Stripe receipt. We aim to confirm and process every refund within 2 business days.
How the refund is paid
Refunds are issued to your original payment method through Stripe, typically visible on your statement within 5 to 10 business days depending on your bank.
What happens to your license
Once a refund is issued, the corresponding license key is deactivated and can no longer be used to activate the plugin on a WordPress site or receive updates.
Multiple licenses in one order
If you purchased several licenses in a single order, you can request a refund for the whole order or for a specific number of unused licenses — just mention the quantity in your email.
After the 14-day window
Past 14 days, purchases are final, in line with the digital-goods terms described in our Terms of Sale. If you're facing a technical issue rather than a refund request, contact dev@mintfull.agency first — most problems can be fixed directly.
